Meet Dr. Philip Kogler, Your Chiropractor & Wellness Expert in the Seattle Area

As a licensed chiropractor in Seattle, Dr. Kogler is committed to promoting the health and well–being of his patients. Since Interurban Chiropractic opened in 2004, we have assisted people in their wellness journeys with a “whole person approach”. This is a passion Dr. Kogler continues today with his unique perspective.

Dr. Kogler has dedicated his life to the pursuit of excellence in the Gonstead technique. He is a member of Washington State Chiropractic Association Washington State and licensed with National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Biography:

After a previous career of 14 years in the dental profession and a long history of chronic low back pain, Dr. Philip Kogler attended the prestigious Life University College of Chiropractic in Marietta, GA where he graduated Cum Laude. With Gonstead being the one technique to produce the best results for Dr. Kogler and his family, he chose to narrow his focus on this one method of delivering care to his family and patients.

Like many of our patients who present to our office, Dr. Kogler has had the unfortunate experience of severe low back pain. After being treated for a “sprained back” with medications and finding only temporary relief, Chiropractic was found to be the only treatment that truly made a difference. Due to the advanced nature of the degeneration in the low back, ultimately surgery was the only option that resulted in the fusion of L5 and S1. As a result, Dr. Kogler has the ability to truly understand how low back pain can affect a person's life. With this knowledge and understanding, Dr. Kogler can identify with patients on a level that many other practitioners are not able

Dr. Kogler also has the honor of being married to his wife, Sarah, and father of their two sons John and Zachary.

Meet David, Massage Therapist

David, Massage Therapist

David Studer has been practicing massage therapy since January of 2009. David was introduced to massage therapy shortly after being in a major auto accident. It was through the efforts of his medical team and family support that he made a complete recovery to which he feels his massage therapist was a major contributor and influence to his career choice. David graduated from the Everest College Massage and Spa program with high honors in Dec of 2008 and has been licensed in the state of Washington since January 2009.

David specializes in relaxation and deep tissue massage and has in-depth training providing sports therapy massage. It was in Everest College that David discovered his passion for and desire to provide his clients with the best possible therapeutic treatment he could. David continues to increase his knowledge and refine his abilities by continuing his education focusing on courses that benefit his clients. David joined the Interurban Chiropractic team in Sept. of 2010 and he looks forward to working with his clients and contributing to their overall health and well being by providing them with his knowledge, skills and passion for massage.
