Meet Our Chiropractors

Dr. Kendra L. Buchholz, DC

Gonstead Chiropractor and Owner

Dr. Kendra earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. As a student, she treated patients in rural Vietnam through the Palmer Clinic Abroad program. Through seminars, she has accumulated hundreds of hours of training in the Gonstead technique. 

Dr. Kendra enjoys working with families to introduce parents and their children to the benefits of chiropractic care. She has a passion for working with pregnant women for prenatal and postpartum care. In her spare time, she loves to explore the Pacific Northwest with her husband and twins. 
Dr. Grace Z. Park, DC 
Gonstead Chiropractor
Dr. Grace earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. As a student at Palmer, she served on a chiropractic mission trip to Haiti where she provided chiropractic care to families in need and through seminars she has been trained in the Gonstead technique. 

Dr. Grace loves meeting new people and enjoys baking, cooking, and being outside. She also really loves volunteering and being a part of her church community.

Dr. Alex Castellanos, DC 

Gonstead Chiropractor

Dr. Alex Castellanos was born and raised in Tri-Cities, WA but moved to Seattle for his love of sports, food, and diverse culture. He earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Washington University and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West. He has attended 250+ hours of Gonstead Seminars and plans on becoming a Gonstead Diplomate.


Dr. Alex has a huge passion for helping people, especially those who struggle to find a Spanish speaking health care provider; he has helped patients with a variety of symptoms such as TMJ pain, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder pain, as well as headaches. On his free time Dr. Alex enjoys exercising, hiking, and reading to learn something new. He also enjoys going to church and volunteering in his community.
